Orders

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 48 hours.
If an item is unavailable, you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
Refund processing times can take up to 45 business days due to banking systems.
You will be automatically added to order-status notifications and may receive marketing messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Order-status notifications cannot be unsubscribed from.
Pricing
Prices are listed on the site and may change at our discretion. The price at checkout confirmation is final.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery time is typically up to 14 business days from shipment. In some cases (e.g., international logistics delays, carrier issues, customs, peak seasons), delivery can take up to 35 business days.
Shipments may come from US warehouses or international fulfillment centers depending on inventory.
Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
If a package is delayed, contact customer support so we can assist.
Shipping Protection (if purchased)
If you selected “Shipping Protection & One-Year Coverage,” you are eligible for a free reshipment if your package is lost in transit.
This does not cover dissatisfaction, damage caused by customer misuse, or refund requests unrelated to lost shipments.
Limitation of Liability
Images on the site are for illustration only; minor variations may occur. We are not responsible for manufacturer errors or typographical inaccuracies.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (force majeure), including extreme weather, shipping strikes, supply-chain interruptions, or system failures.
We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages related to use of products purchased through the site.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with clear photos and a description of the issue. In many cases, we will resolve the problem without requiring a return.
If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns for Non-Defective Reasons
If you choose to return a product for reasons not related to damage or defect:
• A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or $20 (whichever is lower) may apply
• Payment-processor fees may apply and are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order.
Refunds are processed after inspection and will be issued within up to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be marked as final sale or non-returnable (e.g., custom items, personal-use items, or special-order products). If a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
How to Return
To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support first to receive return instructions.
Do not ship items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
Wrong Item or Missing Package
If you received the wrong item or your package appears to be lost, contact us so we can assist. Depending on the issue, we may send a replacement or provide a refund.
Fraud & False Claims
False damage claims, fraudulent returns, or chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
